How should it be understood when a pop producer who has written for Selena Gomez and Christopher says "Not afraid to push boundaries" about an artist? Good question, it's Martin Buster that Kasper Holm Larsen is referring to, a songwriter from Northern Jutland who started his artist project in March 2022. Here he released his first of three singles, which has since been featured as the DEMO of the week on ANR, played on DR P3, received airplay on the German national radio station RBB FRITZ, and has been included in Spotify's New Music Friday playlist.

Martin Buster has performed at various venues in Denmark, including SPOT Festival, and has also visited Germany twice. In May 2022, he won the title of North Jutland Songwriter of the Year and performed at the Egmont Festival, Tall Ship Races, as support for Queen Machine in Skovdalen and support for Alex Vargas in Karolinelund.

The music is a mixture of intimacy and a deep lyrical universe with catchy melodies. His soulful voice and acoustic instruments are surrounded by synths, effects, and drum machines, which together sound like a tribe from the future singing in unison under a clear starry sky. The lyrics come from Martin Buster's own life reflections and create a solid foundation for a strong and cohesive musical narrative.

Live, Martin Buster is able to give his songs a new dimension, where the electronic pop singer/songwriter is supported by elements ranging from rock to EDM. With high-energy and dedication, Martin Buster and his band are able to both break down the sound barrier and rebuild it.

The upcoming EP was created in collaboration with various music creators from Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. The music was completed in collaboration with Helge Preuss, who has produced for artists such as Lewis Capaldi and Twenty One Pilots. The first single Sirens Was released October 13th and the nex will arrive on November 24th.

Martin Buster can be experienced along with the acknowledged string group Who Killed Bambi at concerts at Studenthuset Aalborg and Maskinhallen in Frederikshavn, respectively on the 23rd and 24th of November.
